I work as an ecologist and whilst carrying out an aerial survey my drone became stuck in a large tree. I rang Trunks and the lady who answered was super helpful, friendly and polite even though I rang after 6pm. She passed me on to the manager David and he was superb! He came out straight away, lent me all the gear I needed to retrieve the drone and from the ground directed me to it and kept an eye on my safety. He was relaxed yet professional and I would definitely recommend Trunks and David. They have some really nice modern kit, a brilliant can do attitude and a very friendly manner. I would give more stars if I could as they were excellent in every way!

What an incredible team. They did a fantastic job for us on three large protected trees. Plenty of advice up front, brilliant comms, fully explained everything they were doing, and petted our dogs... couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!!
